Payment Policy
All orders are prepaid only — No COD.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available, except for damaged, wrong or defective items reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
A tracking ID will be shared within 3 days.
